Individual Therapy

One-on-one support through Awareness Work

A dedicated space to be deeply heard, understood, and supported toward meaningful and lasting change.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual Therapy offers a dedicated one-on-one space with a trained Awareness Work psychotherapist. This is a space to be deeply heard, understood, and supported towards resolution of the issues and patterns holding you back from living more fully and freely.

People often come to this work feeling overwhelmed, stuck in painful patterns, experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional pain. Having a therapist solely focused on you can bring clarity, support, safety, and momentum for change.

  • Emotional healing

  • Healthier relationships

  • Inner stability
  • Reduced reactivity

PART OF A DEEPER THERAPEUTIC PROCESS

Individual sessions may support preparation for the 6 Month Therapy Course or help deepen and integrate the work afterwards.

While meaningful change can occur in individual therapy, the deepest transformation typically happens within the full program.

For some, individual therapy also serves as a standalone pathway, offering ongoing support through a holistic, trauma-informed approach.

“Amid growing uncertainty in the world, reconnecting with our authentic selves may be one of the most meaningful things we can do

— both for ourselves and for the collective.”
