Qualified psychotherapists and counsellors trained in Awareness Work
Lisa Darveniza
(MCouns & AppPsychoth)
Counsellor & Psychotherapist | Growth Work Teacher & Group Facilitator | Founder of Awareness Work
This highly effective program was created by acclaimed psychotherapist and founder of Awareness Work, Lisa Darveniza, who has spent 30 years investigating and trialling the most powerful therapeutic methods to help clients move through habitual difficulties, trauma, and long-held limitations.
Through decades of study and practice, Lisa discovered that only 5% of what she learned was truly transformative. It is this distilled and highly effective 5% – refined through hundreds of clients and thousands of hours in the therapy room – that forms the foundation of The 6 Month Therapy Course.
Lisa spent nearly a decade on a full-time global pilgrimage, apprenticing with leading therapists and teachers across Western, Eastern, and Indigenous traditions. She holds a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy and seamlessly weaves together her academic training, global study, and over 12,000 individual therapy sessions in private practice.
Alongside her exceptional team of facilitators and qualified therapists, Lisa offers compassionate, grounded, and deeply skilled support – guiding participants through the profound inner work that finally reaches the roots of life-long patterns.
